Produced by Ross Kanter, "South of Stanton" is New Carolina's first release. Comprised of original tracks, "South of Stanton" was conceived after playing in the New York City bar/club scene for a little more than a year. Each song began with an acoustic guitar and a single writer before evolving to the collaborative effort that you hear on the album. New Carolina's "South of Stanton" pays homage to the sounds of Folk, Rock, and Country that influenced them to first pick up their instruments.
